Throughout my years as an educator, I’ve had the privilege of interacting with a diverse group of students, each bringing their unique backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives into the classroom. As I reflect on my journey, I’ve come to realize the importance of creating inclusive learning environments that celebrate this diversity and support students of color in their academic endeavors.
